Abstract Background Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients often undergo curative liver resection to treat this form of cancer. Hepatectomy is, however, a major surgery associated with many significant risks including prolonged hospitalization, high costs, impaired physiological function, and postoperative complication rates. Enhanced recovery after (ERAS) is multidisciplinary approach that seeks expedite in undergoing surgeries order lower This study was thus designed assess the efficacy safety individualized ERAS approaches hepatectomy. Methods In total, we retrospectively analyzed data from 90 HCC underwent hepatectomy between October 2018 August 2019.
